Refund and Tuition Policy:

All tuition payments are non-refundable. This applies to payments made directly to the National Board of Executive Function Certification as well as payments made through any third-party financing, payment processor, or installment provider. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. All certification programs are delivered 100% online through our secure learning platform. No printed manuals, textbooks, binders, or paper copies of course materials are provided. Access to the digital curriculum and program materials is granted immediately upon enrollment. Because access to proprietary training content is provided at the time of purchase, tuition is considered earned and all payments are final. For candidates who select an NBEFC payment plan, the plan represents an installment arrangement for tuition, not a loan or credit product. The full tuition amount remains due under the agreed payment schedule. All installment payments must be made on time according to the selected payment plan. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of program access, withholding of examination eligibility, and/or revocation of certification status until the account is brought current. Candidates who do not complete all required tuition payments remain responsible for the full program tuition balance.
